This 2½-hour interactive and informative class addresses the issues of self-esteem, peer pressure, and social media by generating an open dialogue between parents and tweens in a fun and engaging environment. It helps both parties understand the challenges of social media and its impact on tweens' self-esteem.

This experiential course helps parents and tweens understand the challenges of social media and its impact on the tweens' self-esteem. A powerful class activity sets the stage for an informative discussion, giving parents insight into their children’s social media world and challenges.

Young people today face pressures from peers and media (TV, print, or online) that can affect their self-esteem and self-worth. This class gives parents tools to adequately deal with those external pressures and help create a strong internal foundation for their children now and in the future.
