⏲️ TIMING IS EVERYTHING.

We don’t dance around the hard stuff. We dive straight into the messy, everyday moments kids actually face, like:

  • Handling exclusion from online friend groups

  • Responding to cyberbullying or mean behavior

  • Navigating beauty filters and unrealistic social media images

  • Dealing with inappropriate content exposure

  • Understanding the difference between online friendships and real relationships

  • Recognizing when to seek help from trusted adults

📱Unlike generic internet safety talks, this class helps tweens develop internal decision-making skills.

They don’t just memorize rules—they learn how to think for themselves, handle tricky situations, and make smart choices even when parents aren’t around.

📲 What to expect during class ⤵️

Phase 1:

Separate Perspectives

Parents and tweens initially work together, responding to the same real-world social media scenarios. This allows:

  • Tweens to share honest thoughts without worrying about parents' reactions

  • Parents to explore both their own perspectives AND predict their child's responses

  • A commonality is established that creates an opening for future conversation

Phase 2:

Powerful Group Discussion

When we reconvene, the magic happens. This allows:

  • Parents gain invaluable insight into their tweens' digital world.

  • Tweens understand their parents' concerns aren't just "being difficult"—they're coming from love and experience.

📲 The External Pressure Reality

Today's tweens face unprecedented pressures from peers and media that previous generations never experienced. This class acknowledges that reality while building the internal foundation your child needs to withstand those external pressures—not just now, but throughout their teenage years.
